Job summary

O2 Business is seeking a Market Researcher in Bournemouth to support data collection and quality assurance. The role emphasizes following scripts, recording information accurately, and meeting productivity targets through effective time management.

You’ll contribute to performance improvement with training, regular feedback, and a focus on clear communication. A customer-facing environment with opportunities for professional growth is offered.

What You'll Be Doing

• Consistently achieve quality targets set within the role through following scripts and objections, effectively researching and accurately recording information (research and call quality).
• Consistently achieve productivity targets set within the role through self-motivation and effective time management.
• Consistently achieve performance targets set within the role through training, communication with management and regular review of stats.
• Maintain a professional and responsible outlook whilst in the workplace through your conduct and behaviours.
