The Avenues Trust Group is seeking an organised Onboarding Coordinator for a 6-month contract in Sidcup. The role is full time (37 hours per week) with hybrid working. The salary is £26,337 per annum pro rata.

You will coordinate onboarding for new employees, support managers, and maintain onboarding records within our ATS while ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation. This role sits in the People Compliance team within HR.

Formación

• Experience onboarding in a medium-sized organisation or similar administrative role.
• Understanding of UK employment legislation.
• Experience using databases to store, manage and retrieve information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office in a professional environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding journey for new employees, ensuring activities align with policies and procedures.
• Provide proactive administrative support to key operational areas, completing pre-employment checks and statutory requirements.
• Support managers with onboarding guidance; escalate complex queries to the People Compliance Manager.
• Maintain onboarding records in the Applicant Tracking System; keep information accurate and accessible.
• Bring a people-first mindset to help recruit the right colleagues and support teams.
