OUR WORK MODEL
Hybrid: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our local office 2–3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.
YOUR ROLE
As an Onboarding and Training Specialist, you’ll be the first touchpoint for our customers after they’ve signed with Cognism. Your job is to bring their onboarding journey to life—making it simple, engaging, and impactful. From day one, you’ll guide new users through the platform, helping them set up key integrations, adopt best practices, and feel confident using our tools. You’ll play a huge role in shaping their first impression of Cognism and setting them up for long-term success.
YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES
- Deliver Engaging Training – Lead interactive platform training sessions tailored to various user types, driving confidence and understanding from the start.
- Drive Adoption – Support early usage and best practice implementation, ensuring customers gain quick wins and see value fast.
- Simplify Complexity – Explain technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of experience, including CRM and sales engagement tool integrations.
- Improve Customer Satisfaction – Contribute to a world-class experience by resolving onboarding challenges and helping users hit the ground running.
- Support Retention & Growth – Ensure a smooth start that drives product usage, customer stickiness, and sets up success for long-term renewals.
- Handle Escalations – Confidently manage and de-escalate onboarding issues when needed, always aiming for a positive outcome.
- Work Cross-Functionally – Collaborate with Account Managers, Implementation Specialists, and Customer Success Managers to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Meet Key Metrics – Achieve KPIs focused on time to onboard, training CSAT, efficiency, and customer activation milestones.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
- Language Skills – Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-Facing Experience – 1+ years in a customer-facing or onboarding role, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Exceptional Communication – Skilled in both presenting and adapting your message depending on the audience.
- Goal-Driven – Motivated by targets, with a drive to exceed onboarding, satisfaction, and adoption metrics.
- Confident Presenter – Comfortable leading training for groups and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Adaptable & Proactive – Thrive in a fast-paced environment and always look for ways to improve the customer journey.
- Tech-Savvy Problem Solver – Able to navigate technical topics, ask smart questions, and troubleshoot common onboarding issues.
- Collaborative Mindset – You enjoy working with others and are a positive, inclusive team player.
