Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd. in the UK is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer onboarding and mobilisation across the UK. You will manage projects from contract award through to handover, coordinating plans, resources and budgets while staying aligned with customer needs.

The role requires strong planning, stakeholder management and communication skills, with travel across the country and a focus on delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects from award through to successful handover.
• Agree project scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, coordinating equipment, people and resources to meet agreed timescales.
• Work with deployment teams to coordinate operator training and equipment handover.
• Manage budgets, monitor project performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where needed.
• Act as the main customer contact throughout each project, providing progress updates and managing expectations.
• Chair project meetings and maintain clear project documentation, reports and status updates.
• Ensure contractual requirements, customer specifications, health and safety standards and site requirements are met.
• Complete project close-out, including customer sign-off, lessons learned and handover to service and account teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery and customer onboarding.
