You’ll be part of our Managed Services team, working closely with Professional Services, Operations, Compliance, Service Design and Product teams to successfully deliver onboarding projects. You’ll build strong relationships across the business, bringing stakeholders together and ensuring everyone remains informed, engaged and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you’ll play an important role in connecting teams and ensuring new services and improvements transition smoothly into Business as Usual.
This role gives you the opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end onboarding projects across Managed Services, developing your expertise across project delivery, governance, stakeholder management and operational change. You’ll plan and manage projects from initiation through to implementation and handover, ensuring they are delivered within agreed scope, timescales, quality standards and SLAs.
You’ll strengthen your project management capability through managing risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, maintaining robust project documentation and facilitating governance meetings and workshops. Using management information, performance insight and delivery metrics, you’ll also develop your ability to make informed decisions, manage priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Your work will directly influence how successfully new customers, services and operational improvements are introduced into Managed Services. By providing structured project management and strong governance, you’ll ensure projects are controlled, risks are proactively managed and deliverables are successfully transitioned into BAU.
You’ll also help shape how we deliver future onboarding projects by capturing lessons learned, identifying opportunities to standardise processes and improving project methodologies, documentation and governance. Through data-driven insight and continuous improvement, you’ll help create a more consistent, efficient and scalable onboarding experience while delivering positive outcomes for both our customers and internal teams.
