Job summary

ICE is seeking a Project Manager in the United Kingdom to lead customer onboarding and implementation of industrial cleaning solutions. You will manage timelines, resources, budgets and risks, coordinating with Solution Deployment, Service Delivery and Sales teams for a smooth handover from contract award to operations.

You will act as the main customer contact, provide regular progress updates and ensure contractual requirements are met while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Project management qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing customer onboarding or implementation projects in an equipment environment.
• Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of onboarding projects from award to handover.
• Define scope, milestones and deliverables with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with timelines.
