Job summary

ICE is seeking a Project Manager to lead onboarding and implementation projects for industrial cleaning solutions. You will manage timelines, resources, budgets and risks, coordinating with deployment, service delivery and sales teams to ensure customers are operational from day one.

You will guide project plans, ensure effective stakeholder communication, and deliver projects safely, on time and within budget for a nine‑month contract.

Qualifications

• Project Management qualification or equivalent experience.

Job description

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of customer onboarding projects, ensuring the seamless implementation of industrial cleaning solutions and associated services. You will manage project timelines, resources, budgets, risks and stakeholder communication to ensure customer requirements are met while delivering projects safely, on time and within budget. This is a 9 month contact.

Working closely with the Solution Deployment Teams, Service Delivery teams and Sales and Key Account teams, you will coordinate all aspects of the customer onboarding journey from contract award through to operational handover, ensuring customers are fully operational and supported from day one.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of customer onboarding and implementation projects from contract award through to successful operational handover.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring all project activities are delivered to agreed timescales.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure equipment, personnel and resources are scheduled and deployed effectively.
• Coordinate with the Deployment Manager to ensure operators are fully trained and equipment is handed over successfully.
• Monitor project budgets, controlling costs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and implement mitigation plans where required.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the onboarding project, providing regular progress updates and managing expectations.
• Chair project meetings with customers and internal stakeholders to review progress, actions and project milestones.
• Ensure contractual requirements and customer specifications are delivered throughout the project.
• Produce accurate project documentation, reports and project status updates for internal and customer review.

• Project Management qualification or experience.
• Previous experience in managing customer onboarding, mobilisation or implementation projects within an equipment environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across various disciplines.
• Strong project planning, scheduling and organisational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to build trusted customer relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer expectations with business needs.
