Job summary

ICE is seeking a Project Manager to lead onboarding and implementation projects for industrial cleaning solutions. You will manage timelines, resources, budgets and risks, coordinating with deployment, service delivery and sales teams to ensure customers are operational from day one.

You will guide project plans, ensure effective stakeholder communication, and deliver projects safely, on time and within budget for a nine‑month contract.

Qualifications

• Project Management qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing onboarding/m mobilisation projects in an equipment environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across disciplines.
• Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer relationship building.
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance expectations with business needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of customer onboarding projects from award to handover.
• Define scope, milestones and deliverables with customers and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with adherence to timescales.
• Coordinate with departments to schedule equipment, personnel and resources.
• Ensure operators are trained and equipment handed over successfully.
• Monitor budgets, control costs and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Be the main customer contact, provide progress updates and manage expectations.
• Chair project meetings and review progress and milestones.
• Ensure contractual requirements and customer specs are met; produce reports.
