Job summary

Zurich Cover-More in the UK seeks an experienced Project Leader to drive end-to-end partner onboarding and migration initiatives across Europe. You will coordinate with product, IT, finance, legal, operations and risk teams to ensure timely, within-scope deliveries and successful launches of strategic insurance partnerships.

The role requires 5+ years in project delivery, knowledge of Prince2 or Agile, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in project delivery, business implementation, or project management roles.
Experience onboarding partners and delivering complex multi-stakeholder programmes.
Strong communication and analytical skills, with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end implementation of partner onboarding and migration projects across Europe.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, IT, Finance, Legal and Operations.
Lead governance activities: status reporting, risk management, stakeholder communications.
Ensure business requirements are delivered: due diligence, data protection, IT security, legal agreements.
Facilitate internal and external project meetings with clear updates and action tracking.
