Job summary

Lancesoft Europe in London is seeking a contractor to support the Financing Solutions Onboarding team. You will assist with documentation management, onboarding workstreams, status tracking and stakeholder coordination to deliver a high-quality client experience.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple onboarding workstreams, and collaboration with Front Office, Operations, Credit, Risk, Compliance, and AML/KYC teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in client onboarding, operations, middle office, or related financial services role.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding activities across the Financing Solutions Onboarding team.
• Collect, review, and organize onboarding information and support documentation.
• Prepare and distribute onboarding packages, questionnaires, information requests, and status updates.
• Maintain onboarding trackers and workflow tools to monitor progress against key milestones.
• Follow up with clients and internal stakeholders on outstanding onboarding requirements.
• Support the coordination of onboarding activities across Front Office, Operations, Credit, Risk, Compliance, and AML/KYC teams.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the onboarding process.
• Produce onboarding status reports and management updates.
• Support account setup and onboarding readiness activities.
• Assist with post-onboarding requests and related administrative activities.

Duration: 12 Months Contract
Rate: 232 GBP/day on PAYE OR 304 GBP/day on Umbrella

The ideal candidate is a highly organized onboarding or operations professional with experience supporting client onboarding activities within a financial services environment. They should be comfortable working across multiple stakeholder groups, managing documentation and deliverables, and contributing to the successful onboarding of Financing Solutions clients and counterparties.

Job Description

• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Risk, Compliance, Credit, and AML/KYC teams.
