Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking a Configuration Engineer in Kidderminster. The role covers configuring, imaging, and preparing IT equipment to ensure devices are functional, secure, and customer-ready.

It is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with an annual salary in the stated range. The junior technician will work to defined KPIs and SLAs, supporting colleagues, maintaining data security, and helping with setup and post-deployment tasks.

Qualifications

• Entry-level junior technician role.
• Proficient with PC hardware and Windows OS.
• Experience with imaging and deployment tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Image and configure desktops, laptops, printers and tablets per company standards.
• Configure BIOS settings and system customisations.
• Tag assets and record data in asset management systems.
• Perform post-imaging validation to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and comply with health and safety policies.
• Collaborate with team to achieve daily targets and resolve bottlenecks.
• Provide support to colleagues to improve workflow efficiency.
• Train and mentor teammates to ensure consistent practices.
