Integrated Care 24 (IC24) is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to guide new colleagues from offer to start, coordinating pre-employment checks, contracts and records. You will act as the central point of contact for candidates and work closely with People, IT and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth start.

Qualifikationen

• You have previous HR, recruitment, onboarding or compliance experience.
• You have strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• You take ownership of tasks, meet deadlines and communicate clearly.

Aufgaben

• Own onboarding journey from offer to first day and beyond.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks (identity, DBS, right-to-work, references).
• Prepare clinical and non-clinical contracts and maintain records.
• Keep candidates informed with proactive communication.
• Support hiring managers on onboarding requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with People Hub, IT and Resource Planning to share starter information.
• Maintain data, track progress and generate onboarding reports.
• Assist with recruitment open days and other admin tasks.
