Job summary

Elysium Healthcare Limited is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator in the United Kingdom to manage new starter journeys from offer to first day on site. This 6‑month fixed term role focuses on accurate checks, compliant documentation, and smooth onboarding processes.

You will handle DBS checks, right-to-work, references, OH outcomes, and ensure accurate salary and benefits are offered, while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance or HR administration.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases and meet SLAs.
• Good understanding of recruitment and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding caseload against defined SLAs.
• Check application and placement details before offer.
• Draft employment contracts and ensure correct salary/benefits.
• Promote equality, diversity and inclusion in onboarding processes.
• Review pre-employment checks including DBS, right-to-work, references, and OH outcomes.
