Job summary

Tiger Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an Administrator to support vetting applicants and setting them up in the system for a technology-driven logistics partner in the UK. The role operates on a hybrid basis with 2–3 days on-site and 2–3 days remote, with occasional Saturdays and an ASAP start.

Duration: until 31 December initially. The successful candidate will review documentation, liaise with service centres, and process contracts and system setups.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in an administrative or compliance role.
• Very high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly checking documentation provided by service centres (driving license, right to work, bank details, etc.) to ensure applicants can legally provide services to the company.
• Liaising with service centres to request more information or to reject applicants based on paperwork.
• Setting up successful applicants in our systems if they meet all criteria.
• Sending contracts to successful applicants.
• Liaising with other Transactional Finance departments to ensure set ups are complete.
• Checking daily reports for ad hoc payments and validation errors and following up as necessary.
• Updating systems to close down unused accounts.
• Carrying out other ad hoc admin tasks as and when they arise.
