Job summary

The Openwork Partnership is seeking an Onboarding Consultant to ensure all new Advisers, Principals and Firms have a seamless, high-quality joining experience after appointment to the network. You will be the sole point of contact and a critical link between newcomers and all areas of the business.

This is a 12-month fixed-term, field-based contract with occasional travel. Salary up to £55,000, 10% on-target bonus, pension matching up to 5% and other benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services onboarding or adviser development is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly to advisers and internal teams.
• Comfort working with multiple stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Openwork representative, building relationships with new advisers and firms.
• Coordinate onboarding journey with internal stakeholders to ensure quality handover.
• Provide coaching on sales processes and skills to newly licensed advisers.
• Ensure advisers understand compliance and quality standards and collaborate with risk teams.
• Monitor progress and support required actions from specialist teams.
• Ensure seamless handover at end of onboarding period.
