Job summary

RBC Brewin Dolphin is seeking a motivated professional to join the Solutions Enablement Team, dedicated to opening cash accounts for existing clients. You will support advisers, collaborate with RBC WME, and help drive improvements to deliver a world-class client experience.

In this hybrid role, you will lead daily pod activities, mentor team members, and work with partners to streamline onboarding and training, aligning with RBC values of integrity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Management and project experience essential.
• Demonstrated experience leading in a team environment.
• Track record of improving processes and providing constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Implementing the onboarding lifecycle for client types including HNWIs, corporates, trusts, and charities.
• Building trust with internal stakeholders to enhance client experience.
• Acting as a single point of contact for internal partners and clients with day-to-day banking needs.
• Report Pod activities and metrics weekly to the SET Manager.
