Job summary

The Openwork Partnership is seeking an Academy Development Manager to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of the OBS Academy programmes. Hybrid role based in Swindon with a 12 month fixed-term contract.

You will manage the Academy Development team, ensuring day-to-day delivery, performance and development, and fostering a collaborative culture across the partnership. Key requirements include experience in Financial Advice, a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, and strong

• Experience delivering Academy programmes within Financial Advice.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is essential.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Learning and development in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Academy Development team with coaching and motivation.
• Develop and deliver Academy programmes aligned to Partnership objectives.
• Maintain high levels of knowledge and capability across the team.
• Support Firm Principals in developing their people.
• Oversee planning and delivery of training events, ensuring quality and effectiveness.
• Monitor programme impact through feedback and reviews.
