Role Outline

Onboarding Associates provide the highest level of customer service to our contractors, sales partners, and internal teams. They are a contractor’s sole point of contact during the onboarding process and are responsible for ensuring both Allegis Group and client onboarding requirements are fully completed for all candidates before starting their assignment.

Onboarding Associates execute a range of background checks, liaising with third parties to ensure completion in a timely manner. They manage and resolve any discrepancies identified during the onboarding process. The Onboarding Associate reports directly to the Onboarding Manager.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Completion of candidate background checks including but not limited to referencing, criminal, education, employment, and credit checks
  2. Adhere to client and internal onboarding requirements
  3. Issue contracts to candidates in line with internal and client procedures
  4. Audit and administration of provided documents to ensure they meet internal policies
  5. Conduct checks on limited companies in preparation to issuing contracts
  6. Conduct peer-to-peer audits on compliance packs
  7. Attend periodical internal training sessions on compliance matters and legislation
  8. Manage onboarding cases through a workflow tool
  9. Deliver a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
  10. Update contractor onboarding status to sales partners and online portal
  11. Ensure data entry, validation, and integrity for all information entered into key systems
  12. Develop strong relationships with peers in other departments and sales partners to support the strategic aims of the business
  13. Advise consultants and contractors on policies, compliance, and other relevant information
  14. Complete ad hoc projects and duties as requested by the manager
