Teya is building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe. We are seeking a Product Manager to own onboarding and activation, partnering with Sales Platform across Europe from London or Porto. You will drive funnel improvements, partner with Risk, Engineering and Design, and apply AI to ship faster.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product onboarding/activation or related conversion-focused flow.
• Experience building funnel dashboards in analytics tools like Amplitude.
• Ability to own a funnel end-to-end and drive data-informed decisions.
• Proficient with SQL or self-serve data tools.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Risk, Engineering, Design and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding journey within the Sales Platform, from offer acceptance to activated merchant.
• Drive first-pass approval rate by reducing document friction and manual escalation.
• Own the roadmap and data, identify funnel leaks, build business cases, and report progress.
• Use AI as a core part of the workflow, creating reusable skills and automations.
