Yonder Global Group is building the membership layer of the future in the UK and beyond. You’ll own the consumer funnel from first visit to activation, work with design, engineering, PM and marketing to optimize conversion and time-to-value, and report monthly on progress.

You’ll run experiments, craft tests in Webflow and Figma, and determine what to localise for new markets while keeping global standards.

Formación

• You’ve owned a consumer funnel and moved its numbers with documented results.
• You converse with members and near-misses to sharpen insights and action.
• You run experiments, defining hypotheses, metrics and thresholds.
• You build the tests yourself using Webflow and design tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own the funnel from landing page to activation and first purchase.
• Set targets for visitor-to-approved-member conversion, activation time and 30-day activity.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, PMs and marketing to implement improvements.
• Localise or launch in new markets, balancing global consistency with market needs.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance and Legal to ensure compliant growth.
