Job summary

Lendable, a fast-growing fintech, seeks an experienced Product Manager to own onboarding and the origination funnel across web and mobile journeys. You will shape strategy, drive execution, and collaborate with Engineering, Credit, Growth and Operations to scale impact.

You will champion data-driven decisions, experiment with AI-enabled tools, and help the team deliver faster, smarter product outcomes while maintaining risk and compliance considerations.

Qualifications

• Essential: 2+ years of work experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Bias for action: move fast, deliver, and iterate based on feedback.
• Data proficiency: comfortable querying data with Python/SQL and analyzing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive strategy, execution, and growth of the origination funnel, focusing on direct lending.
• Define product roadmap and oversee delivery with the Engineering Team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups including Data Science, Finance and Operations.
• Champion data-driven decision-making with hypothesis tests and rapid learnings.
• Leverage AI to automate workflows and enable faster, better decisions.
