CrossCountry is seeking a Retail Service Manager to join our onboard team in Plymouth. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a high-quality catering service and exceptional customer care across both Standard and First Class services.

• Provide catering via trolley service or On Board Shop and ensure journeys are positive experiences for customers.
