Job summary

Rail Gourmet is hiring an On Board Host at Sheffield Station to deliver exceptional customer service on EMR trains. The role involves providing at-seat trolley service, handling transactions, and meeting sales targets while maintaining stock accuracy and hygiene.

Full-time permanent position (40 hours/week) with shifts spanning 6 am to 10 pm, including some weekends. Training is provided and no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
• Able to work varied shifts including weekends.
• Able to travel and work on EMR trains as part of service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide at seat trolley service on EMR trains, delivering outstanding customer service while managing stock and handling transactions.
• Travel on assigned trains to assist passengers, pursue sales targets, and meet contractual goals.
• Accurately account for stock and transactions, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and support management initiatives.
• Perform Service Centre duties, engaging with passengers, providing information, and addressing diverse needs.
