The successful candidate will have substantial leadership experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive improvement initiatives using Danaher Business System. A background in Life Sciences or a similar industry is preferred.

Qualifications

• Seven years of progressive Operations or Supply Chain leadership in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Solid problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex issues.
• High level analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Supply Chain KPI’s and drive Raw Material Requirements Planning.
• Lead and mentor the Supply Chain team for improved performance.
• Ensure efficient product flow and manage supply risks effectively.
