Job summary

The LTA is seeking a Ticketing Service Coordinator to support year-round planning and on-site delivery of ticketing across events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for key stakeholders.

You will work with the Ticketing Delivery Manager and partners to build on-sales, manage allocations, and provide on-site support at events, including collaboration with Ticketing Systems Managers at the National Tennis Centre.

Responsibilities

• Year-round planning and on-site delivery of ticketing across events, coordinating with tournament teams and suppliers to ensure consistent service.
• Support the Ticketing Delivery Manager with building on-sales, managing allocations and direct sales as required.
• Assist on-site Ticket Support teams at allocated events and support Ticketing Systems Managers.
