Job summary

g2 Recruitment's market leading client is seeking an experienced Technical Author for a 6 month contract (Outside IR35). The role is on-site in West Sussex, UK, and requires strong technical writing skills for complex engineering and systems environments.

You will extract documents from technical construction files to prepare FAT documents and develop internal/external communications for installation and operation of equipment, ensuring clarity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Technical Author in complex engineering environments.
• Experience extracting documents from technical construction files for FAT.
• Ability to prepare internal/external communications for installation and operation of equipment.
