Careline Lifestyles - Lyons Court in Bishop Auckland is seeking caring, resilient and enthusiastic Support Workers. You will provide person-centred support to residents, helping them build independence and achieve their goals. Roles include assisting with daily living, community activities, and life skills development.

No two days are the same, and full training will be provided to support adults who may display behaviours that challenge. Enhanced DBS checks are required to join our team.

Formación

• No previous care experience required; attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
• Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
• Experience with complex needs is advantageous, but full training will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Providing person-centred support in line with individual care plans.
• Supporting with daily living activities and personal care where required.
• Promoting independence, dignity and inclusion.
• Building positive and trusting relationships with residents, families and professionals.
