Aspire Housing Limited in Newcastle-under-Lyme is seeking a Community Living Advisor to support over 55s to live independently in a safe environment. The role involves on-site management of Community Living Schemes and creating great places to live by supporting and empowering customers.

The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week, with a salary of £25,259 pro-rated from £31,153.86, and will work on-site as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with vulnerable people
• Ability to use systems to update information
• Understanding of compliance and building safety management is useful

Responsibilities

• On-site management of Community Living Schemes and maintaining a safe living environment
• Support and empower customers to live independently and contribute to a positive community environment
• Work as part of a team with occasional lone working on site
