Job summary

Aspire Housing Limited in Newcastle-under-Lyme is seeking a Community Living Advisor to support over 55s to live independently in a safe environment. The role involves on-site management of Community Living Schemes and creating great places to live by supporting and empowering customers.

The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week, with a salary of £25,259 pro-rated from £31,153.86, and will work on-site as part of a team.

Community Living Advisor

Salary £25,259 (pro rated from full time salary of £31,153.86)

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Community Living Team, supporting over 55's to live independently in a safe environment.

The role involves on site management of Community Living Schemes creating great places to live through supporting and empowering customers and maintaining a safe living environment.

The ideal candidate should have experience of working with vulnerable people, preferably in a housing sector role, be able to use systems to update information.

An understanding of a range of compliance and building safety management would be useful.

The role involves lone working on site but also as part of a team.
