Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated security professional to protect client sites, people and assets in line with Assignment Instructions and site changes. The role prioritises safeguarding property, enforcing SLAs, and maintaining robust incident reporting and self-development.

The position requires a valid SIA licence, a proactive approach to safety compliance, a driving licence (and own car where needed), and willingness to undertake ongoing training

Qualifications

• Security experience is required.
• SIA licence is mandatory.
• Driving licence is desirable for site access.
• SC clearance is desirable where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Protect client property, people and assets on site per AI's and changes.
• Meet or exceed KPI/SLA targets to support contract retention.
• Complete required training and ongoing self-development.
• Maintain compliance with UK laws, health and safety, and industry standards.
• Record incidents accurately and communicate with the team as needed.
