Job summary

DO & CO London is seeking an experienced Security Administrator – Compliance and SeMS to support the Security Manager and the Security Department. The role focuses on maintaining records, data analysis, and reporting through the SeMS framework in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will use Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel and Power BI, to prepare management information, dashboards and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with PivotTables and data analysis.
• Strong Word formatting for professional documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 apps and Outlook/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Security Manager and wider Security Department.
• Maintain departmental records, trackers, databases and filing systems, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
• Analyze large datasets using Microsoft Excel to identify trends, inconsistencies, overdue actions and opportunities for improvement.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, presentations and management information.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action trackers and follow-up documentation.
• Support compliance activities, audits and inspections by maintaining records, coordinating evidence and assisting with corrective actions.
