Job summary

Emovis Operations Leeds is recruiting an experienced Security Manager (EMEA) to strengthen information security, governance, risk management and resilience across UK and European operations. You will balance technical security requirements with stakeholder engagement and regulatory compliance.

You will lead audits, drive awareness programs, and coordinate vulnerability management while supporting business continuity and supplier/security audits across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a Security Manager or similar information security role.
• Strong understanding of cyber security, governance, risk and compliance frameworks.
• Extensive knowledge of PCI DSS, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus, and data protection requirements.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, vulnerability management and SIEM tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and report-writing skills.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, or ITIL desirable.
• Based in Leeds with regular travel to Runcorn and occasional UK/European travel (approx. 25%).
• DBS clearance required.
• Applicants must have the permanent right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain compliance with security standards and accreditations including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, Cyber Essentials Plus and IT Health Checks.
• Conduct internal audits, control reviews, and risk assessments.
• Maintain and monitor the organisational risk register.
• Support business continuity and resilience planning activities.
• Coordinate vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and remediation programmes.
• Assist with the investigation and resolution of information security incidents.
• Deliver security awareness initiatives, user training, and phishing simulations with auditable records throughout our global operations.
• Support project teams by identifying security requirements and ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Work closely with UK and international stakeholders to continuously improve security practices.
• Oversee annual third-party security audits for European business entities.
