Job summary

DO&CO is seeking a Security Administrator – Compliance and SeMS Support to help maintain the Security Management System, prepare reports, and support audits. You will manage records, assist with document control and drive continuous improvement using Microsoft 365 tools.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, analytical work, and collaboration with the Security Manager in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Experience with Excel, Power BI and Power Automate is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, formulas and large data sets.
• Strong Word, Outlook and Teams skills for reporting and documentation.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and Power BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Security Manager and Security Department.
• Maintain departmental records, trackers, databases and filing systems with accuracy.
• Analyze large datasets in Excel to identify trends and improvements.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports, dashboards and management information.
