Job summary

DO&CO is seeking a Security Administrator to provide administrative and analytical support to the Security Manager and department, helping manage SeMS documentation and compliance activities in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on data analysis, reporting and continual improvement of security processes, using Microsoft 365 tools and dashboards. On-site, with opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, formulas and large datasets.
• Strong Word formatting for reports and procedures.
• Good working knowledge of Outlook, Teams and 365 apps.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong analytical ability to review and interpret data.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience developing dashboards or management reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Security Manager and Security Department.
• Maintain departmental records, trackers, and filing systems.
• Analyze large datasets in Excel to identify trends and improvements.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports, dashboards and management information.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers.
• Support audits, inspections and compliance activities.
• Maintain SeMS documentation and continuous improvement of processes.
• Assist with project delivery and digitalisation of manual processes.
• Handle confidential records and sensitive information.
• Ensure timely support for audits and SeMS requirements.
• Track departmental actions and maintain version-controlled docs.
