Qualifications

• Current DS SIA Licence.
• Proven experience in a security role.
• Strong observational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
• Site security patrols.
• Provide a visible security presence with emphasis on access and egress.
• Admin tasks: key logbook, paperwork, reporting and ID management.
• Contractor control: booking in/out, vehicle passes and parking adherence.
• Carry out investigations and report incidents verbally and in writing.
• Operate radios, pagers and access devices on site.
• Enforce access/egress procedures in a polite but assertive manner.
