Wilson James is seeking a Security Officer to join our team in London. The role involves patrolling premises, monitoring access, and responding to incidents to keep staff, visitors and assets secure.

You will join a company with employee ownership and a long-standing commitment to safety, training, wellbeing and career progression. A DS SIA Licence and flexibility to work varied shifts are required.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a security role or a similar position.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to identify and respond to security threats.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, visitors and authorities.
• Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
