Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. - A10 is seeking an RME Technician to maintain a wide range of site equipment and workspaces while upholding Health and Safety best practices.

You’ll help to keep your colleagues safe and prevent machine downtime, contributing to the high availability of our equipment and the operational environment. Based on-site at Weybridge, you will support apprentices, carry out preventative maintenance, and participate in continuous improvement projects across EU sites to help

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree in Mechanical or Electrical is preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) safety standards according to OEM and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment.
• Carry out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse.
• Use the latest tools to maximise equipment effectiveness.
• Uphold all health and safety policies and practices.
• Support the development and progression of on-site apprentices.
• Work on continuous improvement projects and roll out best practices across a range of EU sites.
