National Grid plc is seeking a proactive, organised individual for our Leicester Refurbishment Centre to provide essential administrative, planning and procurement support across workshop and site operations.

You will coordinate staff, plant, materials and suppliers, developing refurbishment plans and ensuring resources meet delivery targets while maintaining safety and efficiency on site.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.

• Ability to work accurately within deadlines and use initiative.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and typical PC software; quick to learn NG tools (S4 Hanna/Maximo/Coupa).
• Logical thinker who can solve problems as they arise.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate refurbishment activities with substation staff.
• Create orders for refurbishment using S4 Hanna and Coupa.
• Ensure compliance with procurement rules and procedures.
• Liaise with finance on PO queries.
• Maintain and monitor stock levels in Refurb Centres.
• Carry out stock counts to ensure stock integrity.
• Manage 3PL partners to maintain stock position.
