Job summary

The Results People are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator to join our busy on-site operation in Rugby. You’ll manage high-volume recruitment, candidate registrations, onboarding and compliance, while supporting colleagues and the Account Manager to keep the site fully staffed.

Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with flexibility for early starts and weekend work as client needs require; immediate start is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing or administration would be an advantage.
• Able to communicate confidently with people at all levels.
• Capable of managing several priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume recruitment and candidate registrations.
• Oversee onboarding and compliance processes for new hires.
• Provide day-to-day support to colleagues and work with the Account Manager to keep the site fully staffed.
