Job summary

The Results People in Kettering is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead our recruitment operation. You will be responsible for day-to-day management, service delivery and performance of an operation supporting 250–300 agency colleagues, ensuring recruitment, fulfilment and compliance meet client expectations.

You should have prior recruitment or account management experience, be highly organised, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within recruitment, account management or high-volume workforce management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day recruitment operation
• Leading and supporting the on-site recruitment team
• Managing approximately 250–300 agency colleagues
• Ensuring recruitment and fulfilment targets are achieved
• Monitoring attendance, retention and workforce performance
• Managing inductions, new starters and compliance
• Building strong relationships with the client’s operational teams
• Managing workforce planning and changing requirements
• Producing regular operational and performance reports
• Resolving colleague and client queries quickly and professionally
