Job summary

Kenect Recruitment is seeking an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to support a key warehouse client across the East Midlands. The role involves recruitment, RTW/compliance checks, inductions, and travel between sites.

You should be organised, people-focused and capable of independent scheduling in a fast-paced environment. Travel across East Midlands is required; a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to support one of our key warehouse clients across the East Midlands.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a long-term career in recruitment. No two days are the same, with a mixture of recruitment, compliance, administration and travelling to client sites to welcome and induct new workers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Recruiting and resourcing candidates for warehouse vacancies.
