24-7 Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Multi-Site Recruitment Co-ordinator on a FTC 12 months to oversee recruitment delivery across Liverpool, Runcorn, Skelmersdale and Warrington. The role acts as the strategic bridge between client stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure compliant, high‑volume staffing across multiple sites.

You will lead geographically dispersed on‑site teams, manage KPI reviews and SLAs, monitor profitability, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record within recruitment.
• Strong background in high-volume industrial, logistics, warehousing, or commercial recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire geographically dispersed teams.
• Sound understanding of P&L, KPIs, and strategic account growth.

Responsibilities

• Account & client relationship management with KPI reviews and SLAs.
• Multi-site leadership of on-site account teams across locations.
• Delivery & fulfillment of high-volume recruitment targets across shifts.
• Compliance with right-to-work, AWR, health and safety, and labor laws.
• Monitor profitability and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Job Title: Multi-Site Recruitment Co-ordinator FTC 12 months

Location: (Liverpool, Runcorn and Skelmersdale - WA12 ) Regional travel required across 3 sites Own vehicle required.

Salary: £13.50-14.50 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Recruitment Co-ordinator to oversee and drive the operational success of our recruitment contracts across multiple client sites. In this high-impact leadership role, you will act as the primary strategic and operational bridge between our client stakeholders and key recruitment delivery teams. You will ensure seamless high-volume staffing delivery, maintain strict compliance standards, and lead on-site account teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Account & Client Relationship Management: Serve as the senior point of contact for key client stakeholders; deliver regular KPI reviews, SLAs, and strategic workforce planning.
• Multi-Site Leadership: Manager operational problems over multiple locations.
• Delivery & Fulfillment: Ensure high-volume temporary/contract recruitment targets are consistently met across all shift patterns and operational peaks.
• Compliance & Auditing: Oversee right-to-work, agency worker regulations (AWR), health and safety, and labor law compliance across all managed sites.
• Commercial Growth: Monitor account profitability, control operational expenditure, and identify continuous improvement and account expansion opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record within recruitment
• Industry Focus: Strong background in high-volume industrial, logistics, warehousing, or commercial recruitment operations.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and inspire geographically dispersed teams.
• Commercial Acumen: Sound understanding of P&L management, recruitment KPIs, and strategic account growth.
• Mobility: Full UK Driving License and willingness to travel regularly across assigned regional sites.
