Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to support delivery across a complex facilities management contract. Based at RAF Marham (on site), you will provide cost control, risk management and contractual guidance to operational colleagues while ensuring value for money.

You will develop cost models, price proposals, manage changes and ensure timely payments and final accounts.

Qualifications

• Solid commercial experience in FM, construction or property maintenance.
• Strong cost planning, tender preparation, change management and risk analysis.
• Health and Safety awareness training is essential; CIOB/RICS membership desirable.
• Experience across multiple concurrent projects with attention to commercial control.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost advice and commercial support for reactive services and projects.
• Develop cost models, price works proposals and manage change per contract.
• Ensure milestone payments and final accounts align with targets.
• Support supplier payments and monitor contract compliance and risk.
• Attend risk meetings and maintain structured risk management processes.
