Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd in Norfolk is seeking a Facilities Engineer to support FM activities for RAF Marham, coordinating with a 3rd party sub-contractor to meet cost, schedule and technical requirements, and to align with SLAs and KPIs.

The role covers planning, design, maintenance, and modification of facilities and equipment, with data review, preparation of layouts, bid packages, and cost estimates, plus ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Formal electrical or mechanical qualifications required.
• Formal IOSH qualifications.
• APM or equivalent training.
• Site Management Safety Training Scheme.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of FM activities to programmes with the 3rd party sub-contractor.
• Monitor pre-planned maintenance (PPM) tasks and reactive activities ensuring SLAs.
• Assist with minor new works and reactive tasks.
• Monitor statutory compliance, health & safety documentation, and service records.
• Plan and design activities for reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures.
• Inspect and approve completed works in line with drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Support service transitions with minimal disruption to customers.
• Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities related to service delivery.
