Job summary

VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to support critical defence infrastructure projects at Larkhill. This full-time, hybrid role combines commercial expertise with a purpose-led environment, focusing on value, accuracy and collaboration with DIO and supply chain partners.

You’ll scope and price voids, run commercial reporting, cost modelling, risk management and change control across projects, mentor colleagues, and help enforce

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in construction or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of pricing frameworks, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Quantity Surveying qualification or equivalent experience; MOD/Military experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price voids to ensure value for money.
• Manage commercial reporting and cost modelling.
• Oversee risk management and change control.
• Maintain commercial control across projects and site teams.
• Mentor others and support dispute resolution.
