Job summary

Servomex in Crowborough, East Sussex, UK, is seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer to improve manufacturing processes, drive quality performance and support business growth. This role requires practical problem solving, collaboration with engineering teams and a proactive approach to delivering measurable improvements.

You will lead structured analysis, develop and sustain process controls, monitor quality KPIs and coach teams across UKTC Operations, New Value Introduction and Value Engineering,

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong QA methodologies, tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience implementing process controls and quality improvements.
• Ability to coach others in structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support development and sustainment of manufacturing processes across UKTC Operations, New Value Introduction (NVI) and Value Engineering (VE) activities.
• Drive manufacturing improvements through structured problem-solving activities and coaching of manufacturing teams.
• Monitor, analyse and report quality-related KPI data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and support the resolution of customer complaints and quality issues in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and improve manufacturing process controls.
• Lead process and product improvement projects.
• Support compliance with Servomex quality assurance standards and best practices.
