Job summary

TRIA is seeking a Quality Engineer to shape and develop the Quality Control function on the production floor. You will work closely with the Head of Quality to drive improvements, influence manufacturing quality, and ensure products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities include root cause analysis, data‑driven monitoring, supplier quality auditing, and supporting continuous improvement across the manufacturing process. This role offers real impact on product quality and processes on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing quality engineering.
• Knowledge of supplier quality or supplier auditing.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality standards.

We're working with an innovative engineering and manufacturing business that's entering an exciting phase of growth as it scales production of a cutting‑edge technology product.

As part of this growth, they're looking for a Quality Engineer to help shape and develop their Quality Control function. This isn't a role where you'll simply follow established processes. You'll have the opportunity to improve them, influence manufacturing quality, and make a genuine impact on the way products are built.

Working closely with the Head of Quality, you'll be responsible for driving quality improvements throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring products consistently meet the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

You'll ideally have experience with:

• Manufacturing Quality Engineering.
• Supplier Quality or Supplier Auditing.
• Quality Control within manufacturing.
• ISO 9001 or equivalent quality standards.
• Electronics or electro‑mechanical manufacturing (preferred but not essential).
