• Assist in obtaining quotes from vendors and comparing prices, terms, and delivery times.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting needs to prevent stockouts.
• Support the procurement team with administrative tasks, data entry, and record-keeping.
• Ensure all procurement documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.
• Liaise with finance and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
