We’re working with a highly regarded and prestigious residential development in Portsmouth, seeking a professional and proactive On-Site Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of this impressive site.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a property professional with block management experience who enjoys being client-facing, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and thrives in a hands-on management role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Acting as the main point of contact for residents, contractors, and stakeholders on-site
2. Coordinating all maintenance, compliance, and health & safety across the development
3. Managing budgets, service charges, and reporting in collaboration with head office
4. Overseeing on-site staff and third-party contractors to ensure excellent service delivery
5. Conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues proactively
6. Supporting engagement and ensuring satisfaction with the living environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in residential block management (site-based experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of building management, health & safety, and service delivery standards
• A people-first approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Organised, confident, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
• IRPM qualifications are desirable but not essential
