EDF Energy is seeking a Project Engineer/AP to join our on-site team supporting major lifting and heavy transportation operations across a nuclear infrastructure project. You will work with the Project Manager and site teams to deliver practical engineering solutions safely, on time and to approved quality standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Engineering (Masters preferred), have proven site experience on large-scale construction, and are proficient with lifting operations, AutoCAD,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline; Masters desirable.
• Proven site experience on large-scale construction or infra projects.
• Experience with heavy lift transport, lifting markets, and targets.
• Experience with lifting operations using mobile, tower and crawler cranes.
• Client-facing engineering experience and familiarity with codes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; detail-focused.
• Committed to delivering right-first-time outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Apply engineering expertise on-site to develop practical lifting solutions.
• Produce and review drawings, lift plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Oversee lifting activities on-site ensuring safety and quality.
• Conduct site surveys and provide practical live-environment solutions.
• Act as the liaison between client, site teams and engineering functions.
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
